Once the carrier delivers the parcel, we consider that the order is finalised.
If at the time of delivery is visible and clear, without opening the parcel, that the product(s) may suffer defects caused by transport damage, you must refuse the delivery or indicate it in the delivery note. If after two delivery attempts by the courier company the parcel could not be delivered, you will be informed by email. The parcel will remain in the collection point nearest to your delivery address. If after 15 calendar days you have not picked up your order, the amount paid will be refunded to you, except the shipping costs incurred. Please note that the return of the parcel to our facilities and / or the reshipment of it to another address, may incur new shipping costs.
