RETURNS FROM A HOME
To request a return from your home address, follow the below steps:
Step 1:Request the return. Go to https://www.florentino.com/login and log into your account with your email and password. Click “My Account” and select the order you want to return, then Click “Return or Exchange Products” and select the item you would like to return and the reason for the return. Now click “Create” and you will receive an email confirming your return request.
Step 2:Prepare the return. Put the items you want to return in the original box sent(if possible), then close and pack it correctly, cross out and remove any label stuck in the original box to avoid shipping errors. During collection, the courier will stick a label to the outside of your return package to allow us to track the parcel.
Step 3:Refund. Once we receive your parcel back to our warehouse and as soon as we have completed your return, we will send you an email letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order; this typically takes around 3 working days, depending on you payment method issuer. Please note that this period may vary during sales, Christmas campaigns or special promotions.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not wish to use either of the above return methods indicated by Florentino, you will be responsible for the return costs as well as for the costs of the product(s) in case of loss. We will not accept returns with unpaid postage or shipping due
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags, boxes, etc. and together with the delivery note you have received with the original order, if not, it will be impossible for us to identify it.
