The payment gateway services are offered by a (external) banking entity outside our Company, and the payment is processed by this same entity, This means that our company does not intervene in the payment process and also that your payment details such as card numbers, security codes, pin numbers etc. will not be stored.
The payment process is carried out through a secure connection and meets all standards required by law for this kind of transactions. If your payment is declined by the bank issuer or by the payment gateway, then your order will not be processed.
INVOICE
If you wish to receive an invoice, you must select the option "Request invoice" when placing the order, during the Step 1. Address. Enter your tax information and the shipping address (only if different from billing address).
PRICES AND VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
